Description
As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering clinical care and supporting the wellbeing of older residents. You will work closely with care teams to ensure safe, respectful and compliant care in line with current aged care standards.
Contracts are available on a short‑term basis, with ongoing demand throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical nursing care to aged care residents
- Medication administration and medication management
- Conduct clinical assessments and care planning
- Wound care and personal care support
- Supervise and support care staff where required
- Ensure care delivery aligns with aged care legislation and quality standards
- Promote dignity, respect and person‑centred care

Requirements
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum four years’ experience in an aged care setting
Experience with medication management
Strong wound care and personal care skills
Sound understanding of current aged care legislation and standards
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Commitment to dignity‑driven, person‑centred care
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
