If you're still in the early stage of your career, we can get you started in a general ward of a regional hospital to help broaden your skills.

If you are more experienced you could be eligible for rural or remote roles where you'll deliver a broad range of clinical services, from primary healthcare and aged care to emergency response, often with limited resources and support.

WHERE YOU CAN WORK IN QUEENSLAND

We can place you across the Sunshine State. This could include larger regional centres like Gladstone and Mackay, with bigger facilities. Or you could be posted to Emerald in the Central Highlands, Julia Creek in the outback, or Chinchilla — the 'Melon Capital of Australia' — just to name a few. Wherever you go, you'll gain valuable experience while making a real difference in under-served communities.

If you’re chasing sun, space, and a change of pace, Central Queensland ticks a lot of boxes. Think nursing roles in places like Rockhampton, Gladstone and Mackay, paired with easy access to the Great Barrier Reef. Days off here aren’t wasted – you’ve got beaches, national parks, and spots like Carnarvon Gorge right on your doorstep.  Whether it’s snorkelling, hiking, or just switching off at the beach, it’s a lifestyle that makes travel nursing feel less like work – and more like a reset.

Norfolk Island is a whole different pace, and truly off the beaten path. In fact, there is no path! Tucked out in the Pacific, it’s all rugged coastline, pine forests, and quiet, crystal-clear bays – the kind of place where everything slows down. Between shifts, you might be snorkelling local reefs, walking coastal tracks, or exploring the island’s unique history - shaped by Polynesian and Pitcairn heritage. Everything’s close, the community’s tight-knit, and the lifestyle is simple. It’s a chance to step into a truly unique setting, build your nursing skills in a close community, and experience a side of nursing (and life) that’s hard to find anywhere else.
