This includes being adaptable, versatile and being able to think on your feet. Some positions may also require additional training or certifications. It really depends on where you want to be based. Regional roles are in well-equipped facilities, serving communities in larger towns or regional cities. For rural and remote roles you will need more experience and to have completed a range of courses.
